Alexandra's first undergraduate and Honors Thesis student in the lab, Sarah Perelman, sends greetings at the start of her medical studies at UPenn's School of Medicine!
I just started three weeks ago at Penn, and it's been a whirlwind. We had our White Coat Ceremony a couple of weeks ago. A couple of pictures are attached! Everything has been great so far - it's been a ton of studying but I'm liking my classes - so far it's genetics, biochemistry, embryology, and cell biology (so some of it looks familiar from undergrad but with added mechanisms and details!).
We wholeheartedly wish her good luck and success!
